10 Steps to Managing your Google Calendar in Outlook

Are you in a position where you are forced to use Microsoft Outlook  at work while using an Google Calendar for your personal affairs?  Microsoft Outlook makes it easy manage calendars and view them all at once.

By following the simple steps below, you will be able to view your Google Calendar from within Outlook making your scheduling a whole lot easier.

1.  Select the Google calendar that you wish to view in Outlook.
2.  From the dropdown menu, select calendar settings.
3.  Scroll to Private address and click on ical.
4.  Copy the URL.
5.  Go to Outlook and select tools, account settings.
6.  Select the Internet Calendar Tab.
7.  Click New
8.  Paste in the URL.
9.  You will then be prompted to name your calendar.
10. Click Close

Are you prepared for the Holidays?

It is hard to believe that it is already the beginning of October. Boy, does time fly. I can’t even seem to remember September and before you know it, the Christmas Holiday will be here.

So it is time for me to begin thinking about baking, decorations, and gift getting (not only for my family but also for my clients). That’s right I said clients.
