Q. What options do I have in contracting your services?
A. We have two options for you to choice from. The Hourly option and the PAYG option. The hourly option allows you to submit projects to us for completion and we submit a bi- monthly invoice to you based on the number of hours that it took to complete your project. To contract our services on a monthly basis with a predefined number of hours you can choose the PAYG option. The PAYG option defines a number of hours that our assistants will be available for your projects. You then pay a retainer and as we get close to reaching those hours, we will contact you and let you know. Additional hours above the retainer can then be billed separately or you can instruct us to finish the work in the next PAYG period.

Q. Will I have a different Assistant each time I use your services?
A. Our goal is to choose the right Assistant to build a working relationship with you. We look at each staff person’s abilities, experience and location to determine the best person for your needs. Since we work as a Team, there are times when we assist each other on projects; however you will have direct contact with your Assistant.

Q. Do you have to come to my office to work?
A. Most of our work is done remotely. Work is transmitted to us through phone conversations, emails, fax and Internet. We can also travel to your office on occasions if necessary.

Q. How does billing work?
A. Your Faithful Assistant bills twice a month – on the 1st and the 15th each month. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice.
